H&L Laneway Home Feature IDS Vancouver

One of the feature projects at IDS Vancouver was the design of the H&L Laneway Home to benefit the Alzheimer Society of B.C. The home was designed to spark a dialogue of small space living and creative housing options for a growing city. By designing with care and detail the small 516 sq. ft. laneway home feels large and expansive. Modern finishes, clean lines and lighting details form a minimal and pared back interior. Wall to wall sliding doors by Slung allows the covered patio to be incorporated into the interior space and create more openness in the home. The home includes a fully integrated lighting and sound control system for ultimate luxury.
